Student Visa (I-20M)

Prestige Health and Beauty Sciences Academy
is Certified by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to issue special student non-immigrant (M) visas. This is a special Student Visa for "non-immigrant alien students."  We will try to help you simplify the process of obtaining this Visa by providing few simple steps on how to interact with School on this matter.

Complete and return the above forms along with required documentation and proof of payment of the PROCESSING COSTS AND FEES in the amount of $500 by wire-transfer (click to open the wire-transfer form) or by credit card (click to open Credit Card Authorization form) to the attention of:

Upon receipt of the package and payment of the $500.00 the School sends to student following documents:

Draft of I-20 M.

Receipt for the payment of $200.00 to SEVIS.

Enrollment Agreement completed except for student signature. 


Student:

Signs the Enrollment Agreement.

Pays Tuition Payment as per Enrollment Agreement.  


Upon receipt of the signed Enrollment Agreement and payment the School sends to student following documents:

Completed I-20M.

Form 156 filed electronically (with barcode and SEVIS number assigned to student already in the form) ready for student’s signature.

Forms 157 and 158 filled and ready for student’s signature.

Confirmation of the tuition payment.

Suggested list of additional documents to prepare for the US Embassy. 


Upon receipt of the above package from School, Student:

Prints out and signs Forms 156, 157 and 158.

Submits papers to local US Embassy or Consulate to ask for a Student Visa I-20 M.

Contacts the School to notify on the US Embassy decision.

Notifies the School on the date of the planned arrival in Florida.

Arrives at the School at least one day before the class starts,  meets with the Admissions official and DSO; turns in copies of passport, I-94 and I-20M as well as any other ICE forms received so that DSO can review them to make sure all reporting requirements are being met.
